The controversial topic about Sylvania TV quality is settled. Because I said so. xD Seriously, guys, great TV! I would definitely reocmmend this to a friend.

@dillontay22 You want 720p, you need to go into the “set up” of your cable box & Phange it from 1080i to 720p.
“P” is progessive “I” is interlacd, T.V has been broadcasting interlaced since day 1.

@RipFlm not really, its not that bad i played ps2 with component hook-up and it looks awsome, i also played ps3 wit component hook-up, and it looks fine to me.. u jus gotta set the ps3 setting to 720p.. 1080i is possible only with hdmi.. but no lag on my part, i don’t have the same tv as this guy, mine is a sylvania 32 inch special edition.. not that special, i dowloaded sum new firmware from their website it sure helped alot.. i recently sold mine 2 my mom cuz im upgrading 2 insignia 42 inch

Shit man i give sylvania , no stars their prodects .I work in retail,And i have many of their electronics get returned.Sylvania used to make these brands that where called apex and gfm , Both bombed. I will never let this shit into my house or my customers house
